MCA (Master of Computer Application)

 Objective: 

The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme aims at preparing Information Technology experts who could successfully extend their valuable contribution in streamlining the decision-making process and innovation in the areas of Computer Applications

Status:

Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. & Affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU) formerly (UPTU), Lucknow

Duration: 

Two Years (Four Semesters) Full-Time program.

Eligibility: 

The programme is designed for those who have completed their Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. The candidates should have obtained at least 50% (or 45% in case of SC/ST Category) marks in the qualifying Examination.

How to Apply:

Students desirous of taking admission in MCA programme will have to appear in UPCET examination conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU) formerly (UPTU) and should appear in counseling. For 15% management quota seats, direct admissions are taken on the basis of marks obtained in graduation and CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT percentile followed by Personal Interview

MBA (Master of Business Administration)

 Objective: 

To prepare dynamic global managers capable of answering corprate challenges and demonstrating high ethical and moral standard.

Status: 

Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. & Affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU) formerly (UPTU), Lucknow

Duration: 

Two Years (Four Semesters) Full-Time program.

Eligibility:

 Eligibility for the MBA Course is Graduate Degree in any discipline, with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or 45% in case of SC/ST Category) from a recognized Indian University or equivalent. Candidates appearing in final examination at graduate level may also apply.

Specialization: 

MBA course offers specialization in Marketing, HT, Finance and IT.

Duration of BCA Course is of three years (Six Semesters)

Eligibility: 

Intermediate or 10+2 in any discipline. Candidates appearing in their final examination of 10+2 can also apply

Scope Of BCA:

 Bachelor of Computer Applications is a course that is customized for students wishing to shine in the field of technical education. Students can opt for Masters in the computers field or they can also conquer secure job opportunities in the field of Computer applications.

O-Level:

NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification is one-year duration certification programme recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Offered under NIELIT/DOEACC Scheme, the certification is equivalent to foundation level courses in Computer Applications. The qualifying exam to obtain a NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification is organized by the Computer Society of India (CSI) and under the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT). Candidates who possess a NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification are eligible for the employment opportunities under Central Government

Candidates can acquire a NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level certification by simply undergoing the course, completing assignments and passing the qualifying examination. Working professionals can also appear in this examination directly, provided they possess the requisite educational qualification.

NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' level certification is also one of the criteria of eligibility for registration in employment exchanges for job assistance.
